Mindfulness Photography: The Art of Noticing

Mindfulness Photography brings together mindfulness and photography to cultivate awareness and clarity while helping us reconnect with our innate creativity.

Through the practice of noticing—both within ourselves and in the world around us—we discover new ways of seeing, experiencing, and relating to everyday life.

Mindfulness Photography can be experienced in many ways—from introductory workshops and retreats to talks and customized programs designed for educational, healthcare, workplace, and community settings.

Retreats

Customized Programs
